Welcome to my homepage!
I have been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of South Dakota since August 2026.
Prior to this, I was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University at Albany, State University of New York from 2024 to 2026,
a Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at Clemson University from 2021 to 2024,
and a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute under the supervision of Dr. Yangyang Xu from 2018 to 2021.
I received my Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University in 2018, and my advisor was Dr. Warren Adams.
I received my M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Nevada, Reno,
and B.S. in Mathematics from Nankai University.
My research interests are in all fields of optimization, with particular emphases in nonlinear programming, continuous optimization,
and mixed-integer programming.
